*32 Hour Backflow Assembly Tester License Preparation Course includes 32 hours of instruction
Monday thru Thursday 8am - 5pm with a 1 hour lunch at approximately 11:30-12:30 with Testing on Fridays and test retakes available the following week. You will receive a certificate of completion once passing our tests and you are then required to pass a written test by the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses (DOPL) proctored at various locations across the region before applying for your license. DOPL has other licensing requirements and we suggest contacting them to determine if you check all the boxes before registering for classes.
All tools and supplies needed to learn this trade will be provided and explained during class and students do not need to bring anything with them except the provided USC manual and study materials. Students will be introduced to the Midwest 845-5 and the MAKO MK-5 Backflow Testing Kits. Students must understand the gauge to understand how to use it. Each kit has individual features and you can decide which you prefer before investing in your business. Specialty tools will be explained and offered for sale at the end of class.
All sales are final. If you chose to cancel your registration you will be given credit for another class. Our classes usually fill to capacity with a waiting list and the only way to secure your spot is to register and pay. You will receive an email from us within 1 week of registering with confirmation and some extra information about the class. We will then mail you a manual and study materials and will need the proper address to send it to. We encourage students to review the study materials when received. Students who choose to not review vocabulary or work on study guide before class may struggle on day 1 to get caught up with the remainder of the class. This is a rigorous course and studying beforehand will help us all move together.
AFTER SUBMITING THIS REGISTRATION FORM YOU MUST PAY FOR YOUR SPOT TO RESERVE IT!
